Question 1

How do I move a page to another document?

Accepted Answer

Drag the page onto the other document's column. Without a mouse, use the ← / → buttons on the page, or lift it with Space and move with the arrow keys.

Question 2

What is zipper merge for?

Accepted Answer

Scanning a stack double-sided gives one file of fronts and one of backs. Zipper merge alternates them — 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B — back into reading order. If the backs came out reversed, reverse that column first with its ↺ button.

Question 3

Can I rotate or duplicate pages while assembling?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every page has ⟲ / ⟳ (rotate ±90°) and a duplicate button right under its thumbnail. A turned page wears an amber badge with its degrees, and four taps bring it back exactly as it shipped. Your turn adds to whatever rotation the source page already had, and a duplicated copy keeps its own rotation so you can adjust the two independently.

Question 4

Can I keep the documents separate instead of merging?

Accepted Answer

Yes — choose "Separate PDFs (ZIP)" in the options. Every document column becomes its own PDF, and the result view offers individual downloads plus Download all (ZIP).
