Electronic invoice (Factur-X)
Embed your CII XML into a PDF as the Factur-X attachment with the XMP stamp — entirely on-device. Not a PDF/A-3 conversion.

Invoice PDF
The PDF you want to turn into the electronic invoice — one file.
Factur-X XML
The machine-readable invoice data (CII, rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice).
No XML yet? Use the sample generator below.
Fill the small form and a well-formed EN 16931 CII document is built for you — totals computed, ready to embed as the XML half.
Conformance level (XMP stamp)
We stamp exactly what you choose into the XMP. The XML you supply must genuinely match that level — semantic validation is the validate e-invoice tool's job, not this one.
What the run will do
- factur-x.xml is embedded as the Factur-X attachment — /AF entry with /AFRelationship /Alternative, exactly what Factur-X / ZUGFeRD 2.x readers look for.
- An XMP metadata block is written with fx:DocumentType INVOICE, fx:Version 1.0 and ConformanceLevel EN 16931.
- Pages are preserved untouched — and honestly: this does NOT convert the file to PDF/A-3 (no ICC profile, no output intent is added).
Add the PDF and the XML to continue.
Everything runs on your device — the PDF and the XML are never uploaded.
How it works
- 1
Add the invoice PDF and the Factur-X XML (rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice) — or generate a sample XML right here.
- 2
Pick the conformance level to stamp into the XMP and see exactly what the run will do — every claim honest.
- 3
Press the button — the PDF comes back with factur-x.xml embedded and the Factur-X XMP written, fully on your device.
