Can I crop pages in the editor?

Yes — pick the Crop button in the Pages rail, drag the frame over the page and apply. Everything outside the frame is hidden (the PDF crop box), objects you add stay where you placed them, and each crop is one undo step. Cropped pages wear an emerald badge; Reset brings the full page back. Crops work on documents over 500 pages too — they never reorder or drop pages.

Can I rotate pages in the editor?

Yes — the Pages rail has rotate left/right buttons (90° per tap) for the selected page. Everything on the page turns with it, each turn is one undo step, and rotated pages wear an amber degrees badge. Rotation works even on documents over 500 pages — it never reorders or drops pages.

Can I delete, duplicate or reorder pages in the editor?

Yes — the Pages rail above the canvas has drag-to-reorder, move left/right, duplicate and delete buttons. Every page change is one undo step, and your edits move with their pages. On documents over 500 pages those tools stay off (so no page is silently lost) but rotation still works, and you can't delete the very last page.

Can I change text that is already in the PDF?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pick the Edit existing text tool and click any line on the page. The original words are covered with a box matching the page background and retyped in the same spot with the closest matching font. Editing works line by line (paragraphs don't reflow), and scanned pages need OCR first.

Does my editing stay private?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the editor runs entirely in your browser. Pages render locally, objects live in memory, and the final PDF is built by an on-device worker. Nothing is ever uploaded.

What happens to my objects when I download?

Accepted Answer

Text, shapes, drawings and images are flattened into the page itself — text becomes real PDF text, shapes become vector drawings and images are embedded. Form fields you placed stay live: they export as real fillable AcroForm fields anyone can type into in any PDF reader.
